Coaching

When working with you one-to-one, we start with a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your health issues and goals. I will also explain what you can expect in working with me - Coaching and Quantum Biofeedback - and answer your questions. You will come out of that session with a clear idea of how you will achieve your goals.

I then send you a questionnaire to complete. This gives me a better feel for the details of your lifestyle and health status. With time to think and answer the questions, it also helps you in getting clarity yourself as well.

In our online coaching call we will discuss your lifestyle and food choices and identify the tweaks you can easily implement to help toward achieving your goals. I will then run a Quantum Biofeedback session to analyse and balance your frequencies. I use the Genius Insight Biofeedback App. Your Coaching session includes a two week trial of the Insight Quanta Capsule App so you can see how easy it is to use at home.

This is the real game changer to bring your body back to homeostasis where its real power can be fully released.

I recommend using the Insight Quanta Capsule App to run your own custom frequencies daily from your phone at home. You upload a voice recording in the app weekly and I provide frequencies that are unique to your body, mind, and biofield. Your body is constantly changing and therefore the balancing frequencies need to change too. This allows you to continue to clear the next energy block, detox, boost, or soothe specific areas of your system. This weekly check-in allows us to track progress and make sure we address all of your issues and goals.
