We are electric beings, intricately linked to the currents and energies within and around us. But what does this mean for our everyday lives? How can we harness and balance this electricity for optimal health and well-being? Let’s explore three essential practices: grounding, charging, and maintaining a high current.
Grounding
When we lived in Mauritius, where they either didn’t ground electric wiring or did it poorly, we constantly had electrical problems and outages. Similarly, we as human beings also need grounding to maintain an even flow of electricity or energy. The best way to do that is to stand on the earth barefoot. Science tells us that grounding is anti-inflammatory, improves cardiovascular health, and may significantly reduce pain, stress, and fatigue.
Charging
Sunlight charges our bodies. Most of us spend the majority of our days indoors and it’s essential we find time to be outdoors every day. The most powerful time is at sunrise when the quality of the UV light is particularly powerful for switching on our hormones, regulating our circadian rhythm, stimulating neurotransmitters and other mitochondrial functions. I found it interesting that on my recent trip to the US from the UK I only had jet lag for one day vs one week. I’ve been sky gazing near sunrise in the UK and I started as soon as I got to the US to get on their timezone. And it worked! I do it while grounding and love it.
Maintaining a High Current
We need water to maintain our charge – and not tap water but quality water including spring, filtered, or structured water. Our fascia is filled with water in a crystalline structure so it is the quantum highway that allows us to capture, store, and deliver light to the cells. Not being out in the sun dehydrates the fascia and body and EMFs from devices add to the dehydration. So we need to hydrate with sun and water!
These three actions are so key to our health. So let’s all go outside to ground, charge, and energize!
