I’ve posted about breathwork before because it is such a powerful wellness practice. I wanted to include a broader list of how deep, meaningful breathing can benefit us. 

Here is an extra tip about breathing. When breathing in through your nose, you expand the upper body. And when breathing through the mouth, you expand the abdominal area. So do use both types of deep and focused breathing, as it not only oxygenates the blood, but also expands and contracts the fascia.
